Acto Informatisering extends lease agreement office in Amersfoort

Time Equities has reached an agreement with Acto Informatisering in the office building on Amsterdamseweg 51 a/b in Amersfoort, for a long-term renewal of the lease agreement for 1,908 sqm office space and 43 parking spaces in the associated parking lot.

The central entrance and rooms will be revitalized, giving the office building a contemporary and representative appearance. Additionally, it also has an energy label A, good parking standards and is located a relatively short walk from Amersfoort Central Station.
