CEVA Logistics kiest locatie in Zaltbommel voor het nieuwe hoofdkantoor BeNeLux

Ceva Logistics, a global provider of logistics and supply chain solutions, establishes new headquarters at SQM Offices at Hogeweg 39 in Zaltbommel in an office building owned by Time Equities Inc.

The SQM Offices office complex totals approximately 8,900 sqm and is owned by Time Equities, a real estate investor headquartered in New York. Approximately 1.700 sqm will be transformed by tenant CEVA into a modern and contemporary head office for the BeNeLux.

RSP Makelaars brokered the transaction on behalf of Time Equities Inc. The building will be taken into use in Q2 of this year.
