Propertunity sells 13 buildings

Propertunity NL has sold a portfolio of 13 buildings to Time Equities Inc (TEI).

It concerns a mixed portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings, various industrial buildings and several retail properties. Financial details were not disclosed. The portfolio covers 36,000 sqm and has an occupancy rate of 70 percent. The properties are located in Almere, Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, Arnhem, De Meern, Den Bosch, Deventer, Gouda, Leeuwarden, Nieuwegein, Swifterbant and Velp.
