Rijssenbeek Advocaten has extended the lease for a long term as per October 1, 2020

Time Equities has reached an agreement with Rijssenbeek Advocaten regarding the office building on Velperweg 35 in Arnhem for a long-term renewal of the lease for 935 sqm of office space and 19 parking places on the accompanying parking lot. Internally the property will be upgraded to provide it with a more modern and attractive appearance. The property has good access to highways and is located in a spacious setting surrounded by greenery.
