Time Equities acquires office building “Centre Court” Hoofddorp

Time Equities has acquired ownership of the office building “Centre Court”, located at Antareslaan 1-27 in Hoofddorp.

This property, consisting of approximately 8,813 sqm of office space and 213 private parking spaces, is located at the entrance of the well-known office park “Beukenhorst-Oost”.
Within the building, approximately 2,800 sqm is currently still available for rental. Excellent accessibility, a particularly representative entrance and EPC label “A” characterize the building.
