Time Equities has purchased the company building at Staverenstraat 13 in Deventer. The detached commercial building has a total surface area of approximately 10,196 sqm, consisting of approximately 7,553 sqm of warehouse and approximately 2,643 sqm of office space.

The company building is located on the Bergweide business park and is strategically located between the center of Deventer and the A1. The location offers excellent accessibility by both public transport and by road.

More than 150 different companies are located at the Bergweide business park, including a large presence of companies from the manufacturing industry, industrial companies and logistics service providers.
