Time Equities concludes a rental agreement with Keolis in Deventer

Keolis has concluded a long-term lease agreement with Time Equities at Staverenstraat 15-17 in Deventer.

Public transport company Keolis leases approximately 1,800 sqm in the former office campus of Wolters Kluwer. The office complex consists of three office buildings of approximately 14,000 sqm, of which Keolis is housed in Building B.

Building B has recently been renovated and made more sustainable by Time Equities according to the new successful SQM Offices concept. The location in Deventer fits well with Keolis’ strategic housing objectives. With this transaction, Building B is almost fully rented.

Time Equities was advised by CBRE Zwolle during the transaction and tenant Keolis was represented by RWRES.
