Time Equities extends lease agreement with Alten Nederland in Capelle aan den IJssel

Time Equities has extended the long-term lease agreement with Alten Nederland for the lease of the business premises at Fascinatio Boulevard 582 in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Alten Nederland is a leading company in technical consultancy and engineering. The lease concerns the second, third and fourth floors with a total area of 1,872 m² and 45 parking spaces. The total building size is approximately 3,386 m² and it is situated at a prominent sight location on the A16 motorway. The other tenant in the building is Ballast Nedam.
