Time Equities leases 2,000 sqm to corporate caterer Vitam at Burgemeester Burgerslaan 40 in Rosmalen.

Vitam will enter into a long-term agreement with Time Equities as of November 1, 2020. Vitam will move into the striking multi-tenant office building at Burgemeester Burgerslaan 40 in Rosmalen. Partly thanks to a great collaboration between Mike Hoffman of HRS Bedrijfsmakelaars and CBRE Nederland, who jointly advised landlord John Schepens of Time Equities, Inc.
