Time Equities leases Stationsplein 6 in Voorburg according to SQM concept to Eteck

Time Equities has leased the office building at Stationsplein 6 in Voorburg on a long-term basis to Eteck Energie, a supplier of sustainable heat. The shell office will be renovated with facilities according to the SQM Offices concept. The leased area is 1,182 sqm and consists of the first floor and second floor plus 30 parking spaces.

During the renovation of the entrance area on the first floor, various general facilities will be realized. For example, there will be general and modern meeting facilities, a coffee bar or a Grab & Go and with leisure facilities. The entrance area of the left and right building sections will have the same look and feel. Outside the office, Time Equities will also provide communal facilities on the forecourt.
