Time Equities rents office space in Capelle aan den IJssel to ALTEN
Time Equities has made a long-term deal for 1,385 m² office space and 34 parking spaces with technical consultancy & engineering firm Alten to become a tenant at the Fascinatio Boulevard 582 in Capelle aan den IJssel.
By further growth in the Dutch market, ALTEN has decided to expand further within the office building and to absorb the remaining vacancy. The office building has a representative appearance, good accessibility and an energy label A.
