Time Equities signs new lease agreement with Technogym in Capelle aan den IJssel

Time Equities has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Technogym for the lease of a commercial building located at Ligusterbaan 2 in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Technogym is an Italian manufacturer of fitness equipment. The company is currently located at Essenbaan 65 in Capelle aan den IJssel, another property from the Time Equities portfolio. However, this space is no longer sufficient to facilitate Technogym’s growth in the Benelux. Therefore, as of July 2022, they will move into the 1,356 sqm building on the Ligusterbaan as a single tenant. The interior of the building will be converted to an extensive showroom on the first floor with office space on the top two floors. There will also be 30 parking spaces available on the premises.
