Time Equities signs two agreements with IWG

Time Equities has signed two agreements with IWG. The transactions concern a long-term expansion in SQM Rijswijk and a long-term agreement in SQM Deventer.

IWG, provider of flexible work solutions, has been renting a total of 1,351 sqm of lettable area in SQM Rijswijk since 2019. Given the successful collaboration with IWG, an expansion of 806 sqm LFA has been realized for this location. The agreement will take effect on August 1, 2022, with the extension being completely renovated by IWG.

A long-term lease agreement has also been concluded between IWG and Time Equities for SQM Deventer for a total of 1,122 sqm LFA. The rented property will be delivered to IWG in the style of the modern SQM concept.

These agreements consolidate the long-term collaboration between Time Equities and IWG.
