Do you like to be busy with all kinds of things, do you keep an overview and do you feel satisfied when you have taken care of everything at the end of the day? Do you have an affinity with real estate or would you like to develop yourself in it? Then we are looking for you! At Time Equities we are looking for an experienced Management Assistant who enjoys supporting the asset management team, planning and organizing for them.

You know what it is like to work in a dynamic organization and you know how to adapt quickly. We also find it important that you can work independently and at the same time can work well within a team. You communicate easily and know how to enthuse and stimulate people.

What we are looking for

You can work well together and are someone who can keep an overview and act proactively. You do not easily get distracted. You have an HBO work and thinking level (with 2 to 4 years of work experience) and are experienced in the various facets of management support. You have demonstrable experience in taking minutes, drawing up contracts and making presentations. In addition, you have excellent command of the Dutch language and are able to communicate in English. Experience and affinity with real estate organizations in relation to drawing up leases and financial reports is a plus.
